By accessing or using www.lumaroof.com (the “Site”), operated by LumaRoof LLC, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- Information only. Site content, including savings estimates, is general information, not an offer or guarantee. Actual savings, system size, pricing and incentive eligibility depend on your home, energy usage, utility rates, roof condition and tax situation. LumaRoof LLC does not perform installation work; installations are performed by independent licensed contractors and governed solely by the written contract you sign with them.
- No tax, legal or financial advice. Any discussion of tax credits or incentives is general in nature. Consult your own tax professional.
- Communications. When you submit a form, you allow us to respond to your request. Calls and texts using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or AI-generated voice technology are made only if you give separate consent, which is never required to make a purchase. - Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate information and to submit only a phone number that you own or are authorized to use.
- Intellectual property. Site content belongs to LumaRoof LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information or information belonging to someone else.
- Third-party links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
- Disclaimer. The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Product and workmanship warranties are provided only by your installer and the manufacturer, under their written terms.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LumaRoof LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
